BIO

Elie Michel is a researcher at FORS and the University of Lausanne. He is also an Associate Researcher at CEVIPOF (Sciences Po) and at CEVIPOL (ULB). His research interests include comparative political behavior, public opinion, political parties, and elections, with a specific focus on populist radical right movements. His recent work focuses on the impact of crises on electoral behavior. At FORS, he develops this research agenda within the Consortium of National Election Studies (CNES).
