Bio
Marta Sábado Novau is a professor of comparative literature at the Catholic University of Louvain.
As a comparatist, her research often takes an interdisciplinary approach and explores the links between literature and social sciences. She is currently working on a book about the representation of street harassment in literature, in which she brings together European cultural and literary imaginaries with current work in sociology, urban planning, and geography, among other fields. The book will be published by Éditions du Seuil in 2027.
