Bio

Laura Uyttendaele is a logistician data manager at CEVIPOL and The Social Study. She holds a PhD in Political and Social Sciences from UCLouvain and the University of Antwerp (co-supervisors: Prof. Benoît Rihoux and Prof. Stefaan Walgrave). Her doctoral research focused on the effects of the Belgian Voting Advice Application (test électoral) on pre-voting citizens’ sense of political efficacy and trust. She has worked as a research coordinator for three research institutes at UCLouvain: IACCHOS, ISPOLE, and JUR-I. She also served as the Gender, Legal, Ethics, and Data (GLED) Manager for the Horizon Europe ScaleDem project. Additionally, she was a postdoctoral researcher and guest lecturer at UCLouvain and UNamur.
