Bio

Pauline Thinus is a PhD candidate at CEVIPOL/IEE (ULB). Her dissertation focuses on the transactional approach of rule of law spending conditionality instruments applied in the 2021-2027 EU budgetary cycle. More broadly, her research focuses on European values (rule of law), Europeanization, spending/political conditionality, Central Europe, European economic governance. She is also Social Media Manager in the Board of the Journal of European Integration.
