Bio
I hold a master’s degree in geopolitics from the Institut Français de Géopolitique, and I am currently pursuing a PhD under the supervision of Aude Merlin. My research focuses on the Chechen diaspora in Europe, with a particular interest in the construction of its identities and memories, as well as the dynamics of political and military opposition to the regime of Ramzan Kadyrov.

I study the impact of the war in Ukraine on the resurgence and reconfiguration of opposition movements while exploring the growing solidarity among Caucasian peoples and non-Russian ethnic minorities within the diaspora. Another aspect of my research is dedicated to studying the construction of identity among Chechen women in diaspora, taking into account their journeys, choices, and experiences in host societies.
