Bio
Giovanni Maggi is a doctoral candidate in Political Science at the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences of the ULB. His research focuses on political communication and the evolution of the public sphere, especially as it relates to the introduction of new communication technologies. At Cevipol, his dissertation delves into the mainstreaming of radical actors and its relation to the process of discursive polarization.
He holds a Master in digital, new technologies, and public policy from Sciences Po in Paris and a BA in philosophy, international and economic studies from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice.
