Bastian Kenn is a PhD fellow at Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and conducts research on citizenship and welfare state transformations in the framework of the SOCITEU project, led by Professors Amandine Crespy and Nicolas Verschueren. He previously studied political sciences in Groningen, Paris, and Bruges and has worked as campaign manager for the German Social Democratic Party (SPD) and as research associate and project manager at the European Democracy Lab in Berlin.

Bastian Kenn est doctorant boursier à l'Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) et mène des recherches sur la citoyenneté et les transformations de l'État-providence européen dans le cadre du projet SOCITEU, dirigé par les professeurs Amandine Crespy et Nicolas Verschueren. Il a étudié les sciences politiques à Groningue, Paris et Bruges et a travaillé comme chef de campagne pour le parti social-démocrate allemand (SPD) et comme chargé de recherche et de projet au European Democracy Lab à Berlin.
