Présentation des recherches
Marylou Hamm is an invited researcher at the Cevipol and the Institut d’Etudes Européennes (IEE). From 2015 to 2022, she was a teaching assistant, where she prepared a joint PhD in political science with Sciences Po Strasbourg. In her thesis, entitled “The conditions of Europe. Sociology of European technical assistance in the Greek crisis (2011-2015)”, she analyses the intervention of European staff in the implementation of structural reforms in the context of the macroeconomic conditionality in Greece (2010-2015).
Her current research focuses on contemporary European technical assistance to Member States.
Academic background: PhD in social and political sciences from the Université libre de Bruxelles and Sciences Po Strasbourg (2022); Master’s degree in Political and international expertise from Sciences Po Aix en Provence (2014); Master’s degree in Social Science Research on Politics at Sciences Po Strasbourg (2015).
