I graduated with a master's degree in European Studies in June 2020 at the Catholic University of Louvain. I am passionate about the European Union and linguistics. I started my PhD at ULB (Cevipol) in January 2021 under the supervision of Prof. Amandine Crespy.

Présentation des recherches
My doctoral research focuses on the economic governance of the European Union. In this context, I'm interested in the normalisation of the economic governance of the Economic and Monetary Union, which no longer only includes regulation, but also fiscal transfer (since the pandemic).
In particular, I analyse the creation of the common European debt in 2020, and also the evolution of the perception around joint borrowing in Europe from the financial crisis to the pandemic. My theoretical framework articulates the concept of politicisation with discourse analysis in a discursive institutionalist perspective.
Empirically, I conduct an analysis at two levels: at the European level (the Presidents of the European institutions) and in national arenas (national parliaments and the press). I analyse parliamentary discourses and debates using frame analysis techniques.
