Bio
Elie Michel is postdoctoral researcher in the CEVIPOL at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. He is also a Fellow at the European Governance and Politics Program of the Robert Schuman Center for Advanced Studies at the European University Institute (EUI) and an Associate Researcher at the CEVIPOF in Sciences Po.
His research interests include comparative political behavior, public opinion, political parties, and elections, with a specific interest for the study of populist radical right movements. His current work investigates the links between electoral accountability and affective polarization.
