Bio


I obtained a PhD in political and social sciences from the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 2020. Earlier I obtained my bachelor’s degree in international relations from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia and my master’s degree in political science (orientation international relations) from the ULB. I am currently an associated researcher at the Centre d’Etude de la vie politique (Cevipol) at the ULB, CEFRES, Prague and EAST Centre, Warsaw. Among my interests are Belarusian foreign policy, foreign policies of non-state actors, opposition and governments in exile, autocracies and resistance, and Eastern Partnership countries.
