Bio

Costanza Spera, born in Perugia (Italy) in 1994. She is currently PhD student in political sociology at the University of Perugia. Her research interest is the regional political class, in particular the Italian regional Presidents. She obtained a master's degree in International Relations and two post-graduate master's degrees.
